Common Questions
- When do new games appear?
- New puzzles publish at midnight UK time. If you are mid-way through yesterday's game it stays open until you finish it.
- Do I need an account to play?
- No. Every game on the website is playable in the browser with no account and no download. An account only exists to carry your streak and stats between devices.
- How do I restore a subscription I already paid for?
- Open the app, go to Settings and choose Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
- Can I remove the ads?
- Yes — a Football IQ subscription removes advertising from both the website and the mobile apps.
- I think a puzzle answer is wrong.
- Tell us. Include the game mode and the date, and we will check the source and correct it. Reports genuinely do get actioned.
